Entering the world of real estate sales and marketing was a natural transition for me. I have been a long-term investor in residential properties, which gave me strong grasp of how financial and market dynamics influence pricing and investment performance of real estate.
Prior to real estate, I held jobs that allowed me to build a portfolio of skills in customer service, finance, sales, marketing, technology, and negotiating that few real estate professionals can match.
My technical skills has enabled me to use technology to market my clients’ homes, as well as provide buyers with timely and meaningful information about Lower mainland market.
I have an uncompromising sense of business ethics, personal integrity, and professionalism in everything I undertake. I measure success solely on the quality of relationships I have formed, not the number of deals I have closed.
Each transaction allows me to wear many different hats, some of them are as follows:
Strategist
As a strategist, I have to follow a set of dynamics in order to counsel my clients appropriately on their purchase decisions, or guide home sellers on how to maximize their sale price.
Consultant
As a consultant, I will take the time to understand your desired outcome and priorities. What’s important to you is what counts!
Negotiator
This role allows me to view every transaction as if I were the principal. I relentlessly negotiate on behalf of my clients – saving you money on purchases and maximizing returns when selling.
Project Manager
Every real estate transaction necessitates communication with many individuals that are involved in the buying/selling process. With my exceptional organizational and communication skills, I can save you time and money.
